Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Knatchbull tags attached to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
